Bug Fixes
We've improved the reliability of Google My Business review synchronization. This update prevents false review deletions by requiring multiple checks before a review is marked as removed, ensuring a more accurate reflection of your reviews.

Improvements
- The platform was migrated from a traditional Web Server + Database Server + Cache + Meilisearch cluster to a high availability cluser.
- We migrated away from Livechat.com as our helpdesk provider to Chatwoot to help improve reliability.
Bug Fixes
- A bug was fixed where logo uploads were unreliable after migrating server platforms.
- A bug was fixed where if you visited /billing before claiming your inspector profile, you would see a 500 Error.

- A bug was discovered where file uploads for logos and other images might fail under certain circumstances. This has been corrected.

Improvements
- Added a "Scheduling URL" option to the Inspector Profile page so you can add a "Book Me" link to your public profile.
- Imported Ohio inspectors into the system
- InspectorsList now sync's replies on Google. If you leave a reply on Google, our system will fetch it.
- You can now write a reply or edit a reply for a Google review from within InspectorsList.
- Upgraded from FontAwesome 6 Pro to FontAwesome 7 Pro+ Icon Sets. Icon margins might be temporarily wonky.
- Profiles now have a Frequently Asked Questions section that you can put to use
- System font changed from Jost to Inter
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where "Total Reviews" on the dashboard was only counting native reviews (non-Google)
- Fixed a bug where Google Reviews could all be removed and re-inserted if the Google Reviews API falsely reported an empty dataset.
Important Changes
- Google Reviews now sync hourly instead of every 3 hours. Google imposes limits on how many updates we can run over an X amount of time. As the platform grows, we may need to slow that down to remain within quota. However, for the time being, it has been increased as a quality of life improvement.
