Fantastic home inspection company, if you want a company that is dedicated to in depth inspections this is the one, They take their time to do a no rush inspection unlike some other places, this seems to catch quite a bit more than the usual run through inspection that has become standard these days.

This is by FAR the best home inspection service that I have ever seen.
Mason was so professional and thorough. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of a home. He is well-spoken; he presented facts to me. He is a genuinely pleasant person to speak to and do business with.
The report that was provided is professional-looking, easy to review and understand. The report included a table of contents listing each area of inspection. There were pictures and videos within the report to show each item. The areas of concern were addressed as the 'material defect,' 'moderate concern,' or 'low-level concern.
I received all of the information that I needed to make informed decisions because Saunders Home Inspection was performed so well.
