About Me
First of all, I love being a home inspector. But it wasn’t my first passion. A Bowling Green native, I began my career in residential construction (concrete forming and flat work) before teaching at WKU for 18 years—my dream job until I burned out. I quit teaching to spend five years in tower lighting installation and repair, developing strong diagnostic and safety skills. Tired of life on the road and wanting to be home with my family, I transitioned into home inspection, where I combine construction knowledge, technical experience, teaching skills, and clear communication to serve clients across South Central Kentucky.
