MHI did a wonderful and very through inspection of a home we were interested in buying in Shipman Virginia. We had done a walk through tour with our realtor while on vacation and didn't get to see all the issues hiding that only an inspector would. Doing all of these inspections and such with our realtor in Virginia and reading them from Arkansas, where we currently reside, has given us a huge peace of mind in what we are getting involved in to. Thanks to MHI, we were saved from purchasing a home that looked nice from the outside and liveable on the inside, to the inspection revealing major issues that would have sunk us later. The descriptions were through, easy to understand, pictures were clear and concise. I would definitely use MHI again for any future inspections as needed.
