About Me
At Master Inspections I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). I also graduated from the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) school. Besides my Inspection training, I also have 4 degrees spanning from Computer Aided Drafting/Design, Electronic Systems, Business Management and Human Resources. I am an Active Air Force First Sergeant with 26 years of service and three deployments. I am also married with four kids. I enjoy educating my clients on how their home or building works, how to maintain it, and how to save energy. Here are few more details of my skills and trades: -Commercial and Residential Construction inspections/project management since 1997 -HVAC Engineering for one of the top 10 engineering firms in the country -Plumbing Engineering for one of the top 10 plumbing contractors in the country -Electrical engineering for an electric vehicle manufacturing company -Over 20,000 hours of federally recognized safety inspections (Including Commercial, Industrial and Residential) -Certified in Energy Auditing and taught energy conservation at the International Church Facility Expo. -Wood working and general home renovation has been a hobby since I was young
We inspect everything according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice. And that includes systems and components from the foundation to the top of the roof and everything in between. We can also check for indications of moisture intrusion, water leaks, and material defects. If we find anything wrong, we'll show it to you, explain what the problem is, and why it should be corrected.
