About Me

I’m Carrie, the certified licensed inspector and owner of Vantage Home Inspections. I am passionate about homes and the significance they hold. After I purchased my first home, I really dug into the building science and systems of homes, working on everything in the home and learning as much as possible about home systems and components. I believe providing home owners with a thorough and educative report of their home is a very valuable component to the home buying process and you deserve to have a knowledgeable and experienced home inspector. I am certified through two nationally recognized training institutes; InterNachi and ATI. Certified Commercial Inspector through Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association. I empathize with the ‘almost dreaded’ anticipation of the home inspector’s findings; let’s face it, it can be scary. But with an informative report and guidance, that process doesn’t have to be as daunting.
