About Me

I’m Carrie, the certified licensed inspector and owner of Vantage Home Inspections. I am passionate about homes and the significance they hold. After I purchased my first home, I really dug into the building science and systems of homes, working on everything in the home and learning as much as possible about home systems and components. I believe providing home owners with a thorough and educative report of their home is a very valuable component to the home buying process and you deserve to have a knowledgeable and experienced home inspector. I am certified through two nationally recognized training institutes; InterNachi and ATI. Certified Commercial Inspector through Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association. I empathize with the ‘almost dreaded’ anticipation of the home inspector’s findings; let’s face it, it can be scary. But with an informative report and guidance, that process doesn’t have to be as daunting. Very efficient The overview with the client at the end of the inspection, was a key point in understanding the process and a chance to ask questions. The inspector was very professional, yet very friendly patient with our questions. Truly recommend this company and especially inspector, Carrie!
