Wow. Reached out to Chad after deciding to purchase a home in Auburndale. It was later in the day and expected him to call in a day or two. Nope! He immediately reached out to me and was very accommodating, professional and we knew right away he was the guy for having our new home inspected. He coordinated with the development liaison and arrived promptly for day of inspection. The SAME day he sent us a very detailed report with color pictures and areas that needed attention. He spotted issues we didn't notice despite several walk throughs of the home. The report was detailed, easy to read and made our house buying much less anxious.
