Chad was absolutely exceptional throughout our new construction home inspection process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge were immediately evident through both the inspection itself and the incredibly detailed report he provided afterward. His InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector designation is clearly well-earned. What impressed us most was just how thorough and meticulous he was. Even though this was a brand-new home and we had toured it several times ourselves, Chad still identified numerous items that needed repair or correction, many of which we had completely overlooked. None of the findings were major structural or safety concerns, which was reassuring, but his ability to catch so many smaller issues before closing gave us tremendous peace of mind and reinforced the value of having a truly skilled inspector involved, even on a new build. His report was comprehensive, well-organized, and easy to understand, with clear documentation that made it simple to communicate the necessary repairs to the builder. It was obvious throughout the process that Chad genuinely cares about doing the job right and protecting his clients’ interests. We fully intend to hire Chad again for our 10-11 month warranty inspection, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and extremely thorough home inspector.

Let me just say that Chad who is the owner of the company is FANTASTIC!!! I looked for a quote and filled out his questionnaire. He called me back on Monday same day buyer accepted the offer and was able to re arrange his schedule to accommodate the sellers limited availability Friday same week. He replied back within the hour of the online quote with a call and email to follow up and recap the reporting we needed, along with our realtors info and he included her in on the schedule and the report recap after he completed it. Price was incredible for the 4 point inspection and wind mitigation inspection. Personally my husband and I read through the report and found the information extremely valuable to budget what we need to make repairs or updates in the foreseeable future. The detailed reporting, the quality of care and service he took while completing the inspections and the detailed account of what was needed to fix and how before to get it done for him to update the items that needed attention was so helpful. Let me say this home inspection was awesome! The pictures and attention to detail blew me away and Chad was a sweetheart and a lifesaver on this quick turnaround. His follow up and kindness was super appreciated as anyone knows buying a house is stressful but an inspection on a 10 day close eased stress. The report was completed same day with all the photos. I HIGHLY recommend using Central Florida Inspections for your property needs. Blown away by the entire experience!!! Thank you CFI and Chad!!!
