I wasn’t able to be home, but was able to open my garage so he could complete the inspection. He was very thorough and found multiple things that I can submit for a repair under my warranty. To add to it, he even brought one of my packages at my front door into the garage for me. When he left, he had closed the garage door and locked the front door making it stress-free for me. Reviewed on December 4, 2025I am a first-time homebuyer and Chad did a a very thorough inspection, answered all of my questions, and identified several items of major concern on the home. He made a point to identify which items would be serious or major repairs and which would be minor. He then met us for a follow-up at the property with the seller when the seller refused to acknowledge the major problems identified in his initial report to ensure the seller understood the severity of the issues and did not try to dismiss my concerns. I credit Chad with saving me from a very expensive mistake and will be calling him for any future inspections. I highly recommend for any inspection needs.

Reviewed on December 3, 2025Chad Talbot recently inspected a townhome under contract for us to buy in Baldwin Park, Florida. His inspection was extensive and comprehensive with a detailed 70 page report of text and pictures covering interior and exterior features. This included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, evidence or not of wood bearing organisms, and presence or not of interior mold. Not only did the report reassure us that the property was in excellent condition, when the report was shared with the sellers, they agreed to make and pay for the few repairs or replacements, that saved us a couple thousand dollars (including a new water heater and exterior door.)
