First id like to start off by thanking Dean and staff office Vanessa for a prompt service,talked with Vanessa on Monday had appointment set up on Thursday.Id also like to say anyone needing an inspection stop looking and call Dean his inspections are professional meticulous and give outstanding knowledge of what you might be getting into. Dean gave great feedback with a full detailed report at conclusion of inspection very helpful and informative Dean thanks again.

I felt totally assured that Dean was knowledgeable and had my best interest at heart. His knowledge is fierce and he applies it so eloquently when communicating with Builders. I found Dean often educating us all on specs and codes.
