My Name is Elmer Tadpole I am the owner of Top-Notch Inspections, LLC in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I am Cherokee Indian and have lived in Northeastern Oklahoma all my life. I have been in and around the residential construction industry for 25+ years. I have a passion for helping my fellow Oklahomans insure that their homes are safe and built with quality. I scheduled my inspection and he was really flexible with the day and time I needed. Communicated with my realtor for me. He was on time and the inspection was very thorough. It included lots of pictures and he went into a lot of detail explaining the issues. 100% would use him again for a home inspection. He's super nice!

He was very generous with his time and he was extremely thorough and his answers were professional!!! He was fast and his price was extremely Fair! I would recommend this man to do you your inspection any day of the week over anyone else in the area! I would give more stars but five was the limit!
