My Name is Elmer Tadpole I am the owner of Top-Notch Inspections, LLC in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I am Cherokee Indian and have lived in Northeastern Oklahoma all my life. I have been in and around the residential construction industry for 25+ years. I have a passion for helping my fellow Oklahomans insure that their homes are safe and built with quality.
