I needed a quick turnaround time for a short closing window on a home purchase. George was able to fit is in quickly and provided a very comprehensive report detailing findings with photos and recommendations. The aerial photos of the roof and chimney were especially impressive. Super responsive and knowledgeable, id recommend him to anyone and will def use him in the future.

George came out an did our inspection and let me just say he was very thorough! I don't think you are going to find a better home inspector out there because same day inspection was done I received an over 70 page PDF of the findings, detailed recommendations, and severity levels of things that were found. If you or anyone you know need an inspection make sure you call and ask for George!

I know a 70 plus page report can sound overwhelming to some at first, but I always aim to keep everything clear, organized, and easy to follow. Half of what I do is inspecting thoroughly and documenting everything, and the other half is making sure it all makes sense and is easy to understand. George could not have done a better job inspecting our future home. With a house built in the 1920s, we had a long list of items needing to be checked. George was extremely thorough and communicative and helped us understand which items needed to be addressed immediately. He also worked around our schedule to make sure we received all of the additional services we wanted in time for our due diligence deadline. As one of the other reviewers said, considering the age of the home, we didn't want a cheap inspector, we wanted the best. We got it.

My new home warranty was set to expire and I contacted George to inspect the house again. George is highly communicative and incredibly detailed in his work as well as his follow up report. George was hands down 100% better than the original inspector set up by my realtor at time of purchase. Thank you so much George for an amazing experience! George is incredible. He came highly recommended by our realtor, and is *affectionately* known in their office as "the deal killer" because he is SO THOROUGH. As soon as I told my husband that, he said, "that's who I want." We only had a 3 day due diligence period (I called George on Day 1). He was able to move another appointment to accommodate my rushed request (with the other client's blessing), and worked diligently for 4 hours - looking above the house with drone footage, ground-level and outside all around the home, and in between every crack - every outlet, every switch, every corner inspected, photographed, and reported on. George worked until midnight to get us the full report that same day so we could have the whole next day to get contractor quotes - which was so easy with all of his summaries, suggestions, and photos. His report comes in PDF and Web format, and has a feature that allows clients to send portions of the report to specialty contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) if they don't want to sent the whole document. There are also video links for when you need something more than a photo. He is worth every penny, and so easy to work with, wonderful to talk to, and followed up in case I had any questions. He made us feel like family and also like we were his only clients. I recommend his business to anyone considering buying a home in the communities he services. You really do get what you pay for and George really over-performs. George is also a great choice for sellers who want to prepare for entering the market - to get ahead of buyer needs so you can receive your full asking price with confidence.
