Thank you George for the thorough inspection you performed on the property we made an offer on. Your inspection gave us the confidence to give a counter offer based on the results. Although the seller ultimately cancelled the agreement, I can sleep at night knowing this was not the home for us. Will definitely give you a call when we find our next home!
