I recently hired George with Owl's Eye Home Inspection for the home I am in the process of purchasing. He did a phenomenal job! Prior to hiring him, he clearly explained all of his services, everything he would check for, and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough in inspecting my new home, informed us of anything upcoming concerns he found and was quick to provide a well detailed report for us to review and make an informed decision on the new property. Outstanding job and would highly recommend him to anybody needing any of his services.

George was thorough and professional at the highest level. He wasn't the cheapest available but I did not want the cheapest, I wanted a Certified Master Inspector that understands his role and feels a high level of conscientiousness to report exactly what he sees and give useful guidance. Our home we are purchasing is 44 years old and George's knowledge and perspective were super valuable. We close this Friday. His reports were excellent and easy to read. I would definitely suggest Owl's Eye Inspections to my friends and family. Thanks George!
