Mr. Brady did a fine inspection working with my 89 yr old mom who was buying a house. He didn't scare her with problems but presented the issues in order of importance. Mr. Brady explained everything patiently. My mom said he was wonderful and easy to work with. We would recommend James Brady!

I have never experienced a more detailed orientated worker in my 77 years of life. I would very highly recommend this Inspector for anybody needing inspection of of a home. Edward was so respectful of our privacy and possessions. He is a gem! This was money very well spent!!
