As a real estate agent I am not impressed and wish my client had gone with another company that wasn't trying to nickel and dime her. The inspector originally told me when I got there that he'd be there 3 hours but when a gas line wasn't turned on to the furnace and the owner could send someone out there within 30 minutes (it had only been an hour and 45min at this point) to turn it on for him, all of a sudden it was a 2 hour job and he only had 15 minutes left. He would not wait (even though he was there another 20-25 minutes after he said that), which led to the buyer paying another $125 for him to come back out to inspect ONE thing. Very disappointing.

John Steinhauer was great, he was very professional , and on time. I felt bad for him because it was hot in the house at first. He was still doing his job with sweat dripping of his face. I offer some thing for the sweat so he could see. When he was done I have him some water. I will get him again.

Extremely thorough inspection which found issues I would have not seen. Gave suggestions after the inspection was complete which helped me in negotiating with the sellers on what needed remedied before moving forward with the purchase.
