OMG! I could not believe this guy had zero reviews. Perhaps, some just don't write reviews. idk. At any rate, Malcolm was Great!!! He was very thorough throughout the inspection. I had a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer ALL my questions, I was able to follow him around while asking question as well as he pointing out some things, and giving insight to maintain a structurally sound home. I cannot answer for some folks, but I like seeing, and learning about the things I am purchasing. :) Malcolm was super duper friendly and professional as well. And most of all, Respectful.
