Trinity Home Inspections LLC is a locally owned, family-run inspection company serving Mobile, Baldwin, and Escambia Counties along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. Led by owner-inspector Matt Cameron, Trinity provides buyer and pre-listing inspections, new-construction and 11-month warranty inspections, annual maintenance checks, condos/townhomes, manufactured homes, multi-unit and rental property inspections—plus mold (microbial) and IAQ testing, moisture mapping with thermal imaging, sewer lateral scopes, pool/spa, and Manufactured Home Engineer Foundation Certificates. Reports are photo-rich, easy to read, and delivered same day, with plain-English “Why it matters” and “Recommendation” guidance. Trinity follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and emphasizes calm, solution-oriented communication from walkthrough to closing.

Professional and thorough! Matt was pleasant from the first contact. He was prompt and very informative. His inspection turned up things we would have never seen, even the little things didn't get passed him. He explained everything and completed the actual work as scheduled. The report was also just as thorough and done as promised. We hope we don't need his services again, but should we, we won't hesitate to call.
