About Me
Trinity Home Inspections LLC is a locally owned, family-run inspection company serving Mobile, Baldwin, and Escambia Counties along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. Led by owner-inspector Matt Cameron, Trinity provides buyer and pre-listing inspections, new-construction and 11-month warranty inspections, annual maintenance checks, condos/townhomes, manufactured homes, multi-unit and rental property inspections—plus mold (microbial) and IAQ testing, moisture mapping with thermal imaging, sewer lateral scopes, pool/spa, and Manufactured Home Engineer Foundation Certificates. Reports are photo-rich, easy to read, and delivered same day, with plain-English “Why it matters” and “Recommendation” guidance.
