Absolutely would not hire again. Vandalized my property and misstated laws and regulations to me. Threatened me. Very incomplete work and reported to the florida department of professional business regulations.

Good Afternoon Matthew. I appreciate your candid review. As discussed via email, our Wind Mitigation Inspections are performed to not only the minimum standards set by the State of Florida, but the enhanced standards set by the My Safe Florida Home program. To be blunt, you tried coercing me to falsify your insurance documents by claiming you had upgraded Roof to Wall connections throughout your home when they only existed in one portion of the home. The Wind Mitigation form is very explicit - We are to report on the "WEAKEST" connection type, not the strongest. The home, being 70+ years old, predictably had toenailed roof to wall connections in the non-renovated portions of the home. That is what gets reported on - as required by law. At no point in time was there a misrepresentation. I have had the Wind Mitigation report that I issued to you audited by a state auditor for the My Safe Florida Home program and they found zero issues or inaccuracies with the report. I welcome any and all investigations performed by the State of Florida and wish you the best of luck.
