Buying a home or renewing insurance shouldn't be a guessing game. Since launching my inspection business in 2021, I've completed nearly 2,000 inspections across Florida and Kentucky, with a strong focus on insurance-related reports like wind mitigations and 4-point inspections. While insurance inspections are my specialty, I also enjoy working with buyers on new construction homes and manufactured properties — helping them catch issues early and make informed decisions with confidence.

It is the standard and most common type of inspection performed during a real estate transaction.

This is for both a 4-Point & Wind Mitigation to be performed on the same address at the same time.

A specialized inspection that identifies features of a home's construction designed to withstand damage from high winds, such as those in a hurricane. Documenting these features, like roof-to-wall attachments and impact-rated windows, can often lead to significant discounts on homeowner's insurance.
