I am so happy to of chosen Florida’s favorite home inspections for my 11 month warranty inspection on my new build! My report came in the evening after the inspection and is very detailed. Including pictures of any issues that were found, as well as concerns I had; which are now properly documented. I’m a first time home buyer and Max did an amazing job educating me throughout the process and happily answered any questions I asked. He also gave me the book I have pictured the second I told him I was a first time homeowner to educate me on some of the regular maintenance on a home to prevent further issues that also explains how certain systems in my house operate. Overall very satisfied with my decision!

This was the best home inspection company I have ever used. I have been in real estate for 20 years. This is a family owned business and they treated my client and myself like family. I have known Max for years, and I have owned a number of homes. I cannot imagine using anyone else to inspect my property. From every corner in the attic to every inch of the basement (or slab, as the case might be) no detail would be missed. Prompt, precise, and professional are terms that instantly come to mind. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!
