After reading great reviews online, I reached out to Florida's Favorite Home Inspectors because I wanted an independent set of eyes not tied to my realtor. From the start, Max was incredible. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, set clear expectations, and got me on the schedule quickly. On the day of the inspection, Max arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and thorough. What really stood out, however, was what happened after the reports were delivered. Max spent a considerable amount of time walking me through every finding. His insights proved invaluable when it came time to negotiate concessions with the seller. I used this company to do my original home inspection prior to purchasing my home, 5 years later after making many improvements to the property I used them again to complete a wind mitigation inspection. Max is extremely thorough and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any inspection needs.
