Max was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and unbelievably thorough. He took his time, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made us feel rushed. His attention to detail gave us so much confidence in the home we were purchasing.
It’s obvious that Max genuinely cared about us and our purchase. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is honest, meticulous, and goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Max enough. He made what could have been a stressful part of the process feel easy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying a home.
In my experience, Max was knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. He’s been a pleasure to work with and really makes an effort to do things right!
Max conducted a roof-tile inspection for us in mid-May 2026, as well as an inspection of the entire under-roof area because we needed him to ascertain the cause of water damage in the garage ceiling near where the garage roof connects to the porch roof. I'd originally contacted him in March about the water damage, and he recommended that we wait until after a good amount of heavy rain had occurred so that water leaks through the roof would be more likely to reveal themselves during inspection. We reached out to him after our area had had two or three heavy rains, and he came over the next day. His inspection was meticulous and thorough, and the report he provided via email included complete information and many photos and infrared images of all inspected areas. After completing the inspection, Max discussed his findings with my husband and me and offered advice about watching for further water damage, as the evidence he found indicated that the damage had happened some time in the past and was not apparently active. He'd also found that one roof tile was badly cracked and that two others had minor damage. When we hired the builder's current roofing contractor to replace the tiles (community still being built out), we provided a copy of Max's report to ensure that the contractor understood fully what work was needed. I highly recommend Florida's Favorite Home Inspections for any type of home inspection!
