We were approaching our one year warranty inspection with our builder and decided to have our own inspection done first. Megan and team were very thorough. We provided the home inspection report to the warranty team and I'm happy to say that we are getting things done. From a garage door that needed adjustment to defective hurricane impact windows, which are being replaced in the coming weeks, and everything in between that was found, we can't thank Megan enough for finding everything. I highly recommend using Certified Property Inspections.

Blatantly unprofessional, inept, and unqualified. Inspector(s) had no clue as to what they were inspected and provided an entirely inaccurate submission. Check Florida licensing complaints.

Ron, I know that you are upset that the buyer I represented did not work out for your listing, but committing libel and lying about myself and the pool inspector is not the way to handle this. Be a professional. You are way off target with your emotionally filled lies in this review. Speaking of boards, I will be sure to reach out to your licensing board, I appreciate that idea. Be well, and hope you can control your emotions at the next attempt to sell your listing. It is a shame that you and your seller could not keep this deal together, my buyer really wanted this house.

I have used Certified Property Inspections twice and both times have received comprehensive reports that enabled me to quickly get results and repairs from my builders. Megan, the owner, provides detailed information and pictures: what was inspected, what is needed for corrective action and documentation of all areas of the home including the areas that fully pass inspection. The reports saved me thousand of dollars in repairs that I would have incurred had I not have gotten the inspections prior to the end of my one year builder's warranties.
