We had an initial inspection of our home when we purchased the home, performed by another inspection company. Certified Property Inspections perform another inspection prior to our one year warranty expired. The inspection performed by Certified seemed more thorough and in depth than the first inspection. This inspection resulted in over 20 additional items to be repaired. One of the items involved a structural issue with the framing, which the builder’s sub had to hire an engineer to design a repair for the issue. If I were to purchase another home, I would not hesitate to call Certified Property Inspections!!

Megan came highly recommended as the most thorough inspector in town and she did not disappoint. She found many items on our pre-listing inspection that other inspectors likely would have missed. This gave us the opportunity to address issues before we listed our house and for that we are grateful. I would recommend Megan to anyone needing any type of home inspection.
