We used Megan from Certified Property Inspections and she was amazing. She was so thorough in her inspection and we were very appreciative. She was referred to us by our Realtor. We live in another state so dealing with Megan made it so easy. She went over the inspection over the phone and explained everything thoroughly. She was very professional and responded in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend her to do your home inspections.

Megan was awesome! We are out-of-state and trying to purchase a home and so we are putting our trust in experts in their field. Megan was extremely thorough, attentive, and communicative. I have used many inspectors over the course of my life. Megan was the most thorough of them all. She found things that we didn't see and we are very picky. We are so happy that we hired her to inspect our new house. She is very professional and a real pleasure to do business with.
