About Me
Nick is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and the managing partner of our Tampa location, proudly serving all of Hillsborough County. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from West Point and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from USC, bringing a rare blend of leadership, analytical rigor, and real world problem solving to every inspection. Before becoming a home inspector, Nick spent several years working as a handyman, giving him hands-on experience with the very systems and issues he now helps clients understand. His calm, methodical approach and clear, down to earth communication help buyers, especially first time buyers, feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Nick’s goal is simple: to give clients the clarity and confidence they need to make smart home buying decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, and at home with his wife and their two young daughters. Clients often appreciate that Nick treats every inspection with the same care and attention he would expect for his own family.
