About Me

As the owner of From House To Home Inspections, my goal is to always run my inspection company with integrity and thoroughness. I only do one inspection per day, and I do this to ensure that I am never in a rush to "get to the next one". To me, it doesn't matter if the inspection takes me 2 hours or 8, my goal is to always put my clients first and ensure I am doing the best possible inspection.

I needed a home inspection. Phillip was on time, VERY thorough, and 100% for the customer. You could tell he is VERY passionate and knowledgeable about his work. I was so impressed that I will be using him again to inspect the home that my parents will be purchasing later on this year. I would recommend him to anyone for their home inspection needs.

A bit more expensive, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! VERY worth the price. Punctual, efficient, communicative, and thorough in documentation, along with a great sense of humor. Philip was very up front in our first phone call regarding the fact that he only does one inspection per day to provide and complete and thorough review. It takes however long it takes. Glad we went with him! Amazing finds in the report!

Mr Mcclain was really thorough and made his findings easy to understand. He made clear all the major defects and what type of contractor needed to further inspect the defects.
