About Me

As the owner of From House To Home Inspections, my goal is to always run my inspection company with integrity and thoroughness. I only do one inspection per day, and I do this to ensure that I am never in a rush to "get to the next one". To me, it doesn't matter if the inspection takes me 2 hours or 8, my goal is to always put my clients first and ensure I am doing the best possible inspection.

Such a good experience! Phillip was THE ONLY inspector I talked to that FIRST asked what type of loan I was using for my first home purchase before quoting anything. Of course it was through FHA, which he further explained how this could increase the required inspections. He was willing to educate and answer all the questions I had, diligent with his work, and overall personable. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.
