About Me

As the owner of From House To Home Inspections, my goal is to always run my inspection company with integrity and thoroughness. I only do one inspection per day, and I do this to ensure that I am never in a rush to "get to the next one". To me, it doesn't matter if the inspection takes me 2 hours or 8, my goal is to always put my clients first and ensure I am doing the best possible inspection.

I recently purchased a manufactured home and the realtor recommended House to Home Inspections. Phillip conducted the full and 4.0 inspections on 9/29/25. He was thorough and very knowledgeable and made it clear up front that he would spend as much time with me as needed to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I had the full and 4.0 inspection reports emailed to me that same evening, and Phillip followed up with me again the next day to see if I had any additional questions about information contained in the reports. It was a pleasure doing business with House to Home Inspections, and I highly recommend Phillip and his company.

Every single step of the process was completely seamless from start to finish. My expectations were exceeded on every single level. I am a first time homebuyer, but I work in insurance so I know the importance of a good inspector, (I also know one when I see one). I wanted to find the most trustworthy and detailed company possible and decided on From House to Home Inspections. Phillip was knowledge, informative, thorough, and kind. I wasn’t rushed with any of my questions, which he was able to efficiently answer all of. I felt the price was comparable to others and did not feel overcharged. He clearly outlined the entire process. The day of inspection, he was timely and called to go over what he noticed. I received my completed report the very same night. I cannot recommend From House to Home Inspections enough.

This company made the whole process seamless and painless, and walked us through every step. Our home inspector Philip McLean was very knowledgeable and thorough and super friendly. His report was very easy to follow and to understand his findings. I would definitely use this company again and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
