Born and raised in South Africa, Riaan’s journey began with military service before he ventured across Europe, traveling and working in diverse environments. Riaan’s South African roots instilled in him a deep love for nature and a strong work ethic, both of which fuel his passion for helping clients safeguard their biggest investments. As a Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector, and licensed Florida home inspector, Riaan has achieved the industry’s highest qualifications. He’s also an active member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Consultants (IAC2), specializing in indoor air quality and environmental testing.
