This service focuses on identifying mold growth and locations where mold growth is likely to develop due to the circumstances. This can be a stand-alone service, or an add-on to a Home Inspection. Our air quality test focuses mainly on identifying mold species in the home. We use state of the art collection equipment that is sent into a lab for AI analysis. We typically receive reports back in 48 hours. From this report, we can determine if further action is needed.
Pricing: Starts at $350.00 Price is for stand alone service, if added on to Home Inspection it is only $250.
Thermal imaging offers inspectors the ability to see issues that not normally visible to the naked eye. These issues include moisture intrusion, lack of insulation, and leaks in walls and ceilings.
Pricing: Starts at $75.00 Add on service only. Must have a Home and/or Mold inspection scheduled to add Thermal Imaging.
